Anonymous asked: What do you do for lifting?
My sch has really changed since I started.
Right now I lift 3 days a week:
Day1 is squats/leg day
Day2 is chest/shoulders/triceps
Day3 is deadlifts/back/curls
I lift for a min of 30 minutes doing a total of 6 exercises doing 5 sets. Reps depend on whether it’s heavy or moderate weight.
The reason I’m only doing 3 days of lifting is because I’m doing 30-60 mins of yoga 6x a week and doing cardio 2-3 times a week.
Sacrificing some strength for dat flexibility.

It’s taken me 23 years but I’ve finally figured out the key to success: fall in love with the process of becoming great. And that means doing whatever it takes to keep that love alive - even if it’s posting ridiculous pictures of yourself on the internet. People are going to judge you whether you’re at the top or the bottom of the food chain. So why not be at the top?
